These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and GTR888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the GTR888 website accessible at https://gtr888.cam and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or services offered under the GTR888 brand.

GTR888 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players located in Malaysia. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the GTR888 platform. GTR888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the GTR888 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, or other non-cashable incentives credited by GTR888 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under applicable compliance regulations.
• "Platform" means the GTR888 website, mobile interface, gaming systems, and all associated services operated under the GTR888 brand.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a User to transfer funds from their GTR888 Account to an external payment method registered to the User's verified identity.
• "Verified Account" means an Account for which KYC documentation has been successfully reviewed and approved by GTR888's compliance team.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or GTR888's internal compliance policies.

Membership on the GTR888 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. GTR888 operates an absolute minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style and sports betting activities. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing any part of the GTR888 platform.
• You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not located in or a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by GTR888's compliance framework.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a GTR888 employee or contractor whose role involves direct access to platform systems.
• You have not previously had a GTR888 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting of your own free will and gambling for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a professional income-generating activity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the GTR888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, and a date of birth. GTR888 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. GTR888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify GTR888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. GTR888 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.3 Account Currency

All GTR888 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies via cryptocurrency or international transfer methods will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

GTR888 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawal privileges are activated.

5.1 Required Documentation

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's License — front and back required.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months of submission, showing your current Malaysian address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the Account holder holding their identity document adjacent to their face, with both clearly visible.
• Payment Method Evidence: Screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank app) showing your name, required for first withdrawal.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

KYC documents are reviewed by GTR888's compliance team within 24 to 48 business hours of submission. Gold and VIP Elite tier members are eligible for expedited review. You will be notified via email upon completion of the review. If additional information is required, you will be contacted via your registered email address or live chat.

5.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

GTR888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for the purposes of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in circumstances including, but not limited to, large or unusual transaction patterns, inconsistencies in submitted documentation, or risk indicators identified during routine compliance reviews.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified GTR888 Account. GTR888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposit. This policy exists to protect users against fraud and money laundering.

GTR888 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside GTR888's control and are not reimbursable.

6.3 Withdrawal Timeframes

GTR888 targets the following indicative processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required.

6.4 Pending Bonus Wagering Requirements

Withdrawal requests submitted while Bonus Funds with an outstanding wagering requirement are active in the Account will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them, prior to the withdrawal being processed. GTR888 recommends completing or declining active bonuses before requesting a withdrawal.

GTR888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per Account, household, IP address, and payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus claims are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• During active bonus wagering periods, a maximum single bet restriction applies. The standard cap is MYR 500 per bet or spin. Bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• GTR888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected abuse, system error, or material change in business conditions.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

GTR888 employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses with no genuine play intention, strategic low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated group activity across multiple accounts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential permanent closure.

All bets and wagers placed on GTR888 are subject to the general and game-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

GTR888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the Platform suspects error, system malfunction, fraudulent activity, or where the bet exceeds pre-defined market limits. Bets will not be settled on the basis of manifestly erroneous odds caused by technical or human error.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and e-sports — are governed by the sports-betting rules published on the GTR888 platform. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. GTR888 shall not be liable for bets that fail to transmit due to network disruption on the User's end.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and electronic table games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games range from 95% to 97% as displayed on each game's information panel. GTR888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.4 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a bet or game result must be submitted to GTR888 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event or game session. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review. GTR888's determination on game-related disputes shall be final and binding.

GTR888 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We acknowledge that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the majority of players, can pose risks of harm for a minority of individuals. GTR888 takes its duty of care to all Members seriously and maintains a comprehensive suite of responsible gambling tools.

9.1 Age Restriction

As stated in Clause 3, access to and use of the GTR888 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. GTR888 will never knowingly permit underage individuals to gamble on its platform and actively enforces this restriction through the KYC verification process.

9.2 Available Self-Help Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after 24 hours when increased, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your GTR888 Account for a minimum period of 6 months. GTR888 will honour all self-exclusion requests and will not market to self-excluded players.
• Session Time Reminders: Set in-session alerts to remind you of elapsed play time at intervals of your choosing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GTR888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or third-party software to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or GTR888 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Gambling with funds derived from criminal activity or funds not beneficially owned by the Account holder.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GTR888 staff or other Members in any communication channel.

All content on the GTR888 platform — including but not limited to the GTR888 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software interfaces, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of GTR888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any GTR888 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use GTR888 branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on GTR888 content.

Any unauthorised use of GTR888 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Malaysian and applicable international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTR888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

GTR888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. GTR888 does not accept liability for disruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures (including payment processors such as DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet providers).

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude GTR888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

GTR888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where GTR888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks have been filed against deposits made to the Account.
• The Account holder has failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Account holder is under the age of 21 or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

In cases of Account closure due to a Terms breach, GTR888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the Account. Where the Account is closed for legitimate compliance-related reasons unconnected to user misconduct, GTR888 will endeavour to return the verified real-money balance to the Account holder via their registered payment method.

13.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to voluntarily close their GTR888 Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus wagering requirements resolved.

GTR888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GTR888 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTR888 holds its operating licence.

For disputes arising specifically in relation to Malaysian players, GTR888 will endeavour to resolve complaints through its internal dispute resolution process as a first step. You acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is complex and that your use of the GTR888 platform is at your own risk and within your personal legal responsibility as a Malaysian resident.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this clause shall prevent GTR888 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
